I had to stay for a month and I must say I am grateful for every single person I came in contact with. The staff is hard working and they do their best to work together to help you out. Sometimes it can get kind of busy and hectic with new patients coming and going but other than that, it's quite peaceful. It was a great learning experience for me and a healthy schedule to live by if possible. Thank you Counterpointe staff!
This place is a joke! They don't care about you all they care about is money. Nice as can be till you get locked in then they don't care at all. The doctor I seen was a joke, the only person I seen that seemed to care or want to help in the least bit was the social worker.
I do not recommend this place. It took four hours to get my partner checked in. That is way to long for someone needing help. Also they knew the date when he was going to be released but couldn't give him a time. The morning he was to be released they called at 9.40 saying he wouldn't be released in till noon. They have terrible communication problems. There were more problems, to much to say here.
CenterPointe is helping my partner get back on their feet after some rough patches. This has been an invaluable resource toward recovery and getting meds all figured out. Patrick, our social worker, has been absolutely wonderful working through complicated issues with work too.
People are careless and complete douche bags. Do not give them your business! They need to have negative stars.
